3 days easy return and refund policies, “No Questions Asked”

  1. Return or exchange within 3 days of purchase.
  2. No return or exchange of “Ladies cloths/garments collection”, until defective or damaged product is delivered from XKRAFTS.
  3. Return and Exchange CANNOT be made of products purchased on Sale or Discount.
  4. Return and Exchange is only possible if product is returned in its original packing, undamaged and unwashed condition and with it’s tags intact.


  1. Drop an email at customercare@xkrafts.com within 3 days of your purchase.
  2. Once you are eligible for return or exchange. We shall arrange the collection.
  3. XKRAFTS will bear the courier charges in case of products are defective or wrong item had been delivered. Otherwise, Customer will bear it.
  4.  Return and Exchange are subject to inspection once we have received the products.
  5. We will not be liable to return or exchange if product is damaged due to neglect and improper usage.
  6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  7. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
  8. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
